  • I recently had the pleasure of holding a conversation with David Goggins, a true inspiration and the only person to ever complete: USArmy Ranger School, AirForce Tactical Control Party Training, and, hashtag#USNavySeal Training.

During our conversation, David shared invaluable insights on hard work, entrepreneurship, and the importance of never giving up. His story is one of resilience, perseverance, and the power of the human spirit. He emphasized that success is not about talent or luck, but rather about consistency, dedication, and the willingness to embrace discomfort.

One of the key takeaways from our discussion was the concept of "callusing your mind." David explained that just as we develop calluses on our hands to protect them from blisters, we need to develop mental calluses to overcome the challenges and obstacles we face in life. We can't decide what body and what gift was given us, the only thing we have control over is developing an unbreakable mindset. Holding ourselves accountable for whatever happens to us, we empower ourselves to make the necessary changes and take control of our destinies.
